Ützel Brützel in Stuttgart

Dont waste your money there!!! I can't recommend this place to anyone, unfriendly staff and a really bad kebab, I cant describe with words how bad it was, you have to try it yourself, but please dont! I never thought I'd say this but McDonald's or Burger King would've been a better choice.

Worst doner kebab shop in Stuttgart, usually 130 grams of meat comes in a doner kebab, but they only add half of the rest of the salad, bread is really cheap, the shop is doing quite well, but only because there is no other kebab shop nearby, and because of the location hold good place ...

Was already at Ützel Brützel a few years ago. Back then it was really one of the best kebab I have ever eaten. Been back recently and what can I say ??? From the best to the worst kebab I've ever eaten !! Little meat that also tastes bad. Unfriendly staff who deliberately let well-known customers in front of them and just shook their head when I said "no tomato" and still put tomatoes in there. 3 bites and then inedible. You were so much better in the past and now you just survive from the central location despite completely exaggerated prices plus poor quality plus unfriendly staff, I'm sorry, change something about you, then I'll come back to you.

Unfortunately there are very many Doner kebab of this kind in Stuttgart. Doner sauces have to be creamy, not greasy. In fact, you can only achieve this yourself, but only with sour cream, cream cheese, yoghurt etc. and the appropriate spices. Certainly not with mayo. A good kebab is more than defined Individuality and your own notes. And then the note "We also offer KETCHUP" - So please !!!!! I ate there years ago and have happily given it up several times. The meat, bread, etc. were also 08 / 15. The fact that the current reviews are still going in this direction speaks for itself. The location is perfect, you obviously only have to make a little effort. Keyword "mass processing"! The best "downtown kebab" are nac h like before Beykebap and (not quite downtown) of course Alla Turka. The one in Cannstatt on the right before the tunnel in the direction of Carré is also very good ...

The home-baked warm bread and the fresh kebab salads were delicious. For us it is fast food, but you can taste that a lot of effort has gone into it and you get it served on pretty plates. Bye for now.

For what is on offer, € 5.50 is way too expensive. Mediocre taste. Portion far too little. A giant flatbread three quarters full. And using salad mayo as a sauce is also not possible. Especially not at the price. Too bad.

Not good. Tasteless. All ingredients stuffed carelessly into the bread. At first you only eat sauce, then meat, then white cabbage. Threw it halfway through.

5.50 € for a mediocre minced meat doner is really steep. Employees first fool around with their colleagues and you wait until the gentlemen have taken pity on serving. There was also no politeness, as a customer you feel like a disruptive factor. There are enough better alternatives.

Overall a very tasty doner kebab. In addition, very nice staff and a nice atmosphere. I can only recommend it.

Cold dishes. The meat is just mince. Not recommendable.

Doesn't work at all, nothing is fresh! Best to look for something else. Pide, lahmacun etc are not freshly made

The taste was okay, the kebab was well filled, the plate of bread and meat was still warm. In terms of price, a bit more expensive but still reasonable for the location.

Tasty pizza, a lot of cheese, if the pizza were made a little thinner it would taste completely perfect

Had my worst kebab by far today. I cut the food straight into the bin after 4 bites. For 5.50 you should be able to finish eating the thing without gagging

This kebab benefits extremely from its location. The food is okay, but really nothing special. I cannot recommend it further.

Good bread Only 1 sub average Sauce No Sauce on the bottom of the Kebab Questionable distribution of ingriedients. Definitely expected more for 5€ Not comparable to the quality you would get in Cologne oder Berlin for a lower price.

The Doner Kebap is good and well served. But the attendants are always joking and do not take seriously the customers, lack of respect. They started to make the kebap without asking me what I would like and then they got boring.

This is not a kebab!!! There is 95% of salad inside the bread and only 5% of meat (look at my pictures). This is a shame. Dies ist kein Kebab !!! Es gibt 95% Salat im Brot und nur 5% Fleisch (siehe meine Bilder). Das ist eine Schande. Tout sauf un kebab, c'est une arnaque, il y a à peine 5% de viande dans son sandwich (voir photos). First and last time for me.

It's a quick bite Turkish place. Usually crowded only due to it's location. The lamachun I had here, was half baked. Decided, not to visit them again.

If you have one, in the morning, it will keep you full till the end of the day. It was really big, and filled with vegetables and lots of meat. Value for money.

We were starving and bread is served with oil and vinegar. Bread is okay, but definitely helped curb our hunger.

Good and cheap, fast service

I had my first döner from Baden-Württemberg here, and though it's a big change from the döner I was used to from living in NRW, it was delicious nonetheless. Though I never strayed from this dish, they do offer many other yummy-looking Turkish meals to choose from, in case döner isn't your cup of tea. The store is very small but the staff works hard at making the line move fast, so it doesn't get horribly crowded, and there is plenty of outdoor seating available which is very handy. I always get the beef/Rindfleisch döner, which is flavorful and grilled to a nice crispy but still moist texture. They don't offer tzatziki, which is my personal favorite, but have a mayo-coriander dressing instead. Though I am still waiting for the day when they do serve tzatziki, this dressing was tangy, creamy, refreshing and delicious enough that it makes a good substitute. They also have corn mixed in with their lettuce that goes on döner, which was different and unexpected, but very tasty. My only complaint is that it is a little on the expensive side - one döner costs 4,50€ - which seems to be the normal price for Stuttgart, but is still hard to swallow when you're used to paying 3€ for döner.
